Experience Designer
As an Experience Designer, you shape innovative digital healthcare experiences that translate complex medical information into visually compelling, interactive solutions for diverse audiences. You combine creative vision with deep understanding of current and emerging technology platforms, digital channels, and AI-powered tools to craft experiences that drive campaign success and elevate healthcare brands. By staying ahead of industry and technology trends, you ensure every touchpoint is behaviourally engaging, on-brand, and compliant with regulatory standards. Your work enables healthcare brands to connect meaningfully with their audiences, advancing understanding, engagement, and health outcomes in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Thinking & Creative Leadership:
Shape and drive the creative vision for digital healthcare experiences, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to align on project objectives and campaign strategy. Act as a creative catalyst within the team, sparking and inspiring Art-Directors, Concept Creatives, Designers, and Animators to push boundaries and deliver impactful solutions. - Audience Insight & Experience Mapping:
Leverage a deep understanding of audience demographics, behaviors, and healthcare needs to inform experience design strategies. Apply audience and market insights to craft solutions that are relevant, engaging, and tailored to drive desired behaviors. - Concept Development, Prototyping & Technology Fluency:
Develop concepts and prototype that translate strategy and insight into interactive, scalable, and physical/digital hybrid experiences along the entire user journey—across web, mobile, AR/VR, trade booths, symposia, and emerging platforms. Confidently navigate the latest digital and creative software, exploring new tools and AI-driven innovations to ensure solutions are future-ready and at the cutting edge of digital craft. - Collaboration, Guidance & Iterative Design:
Work collaboratively and lead by example by partnering with and elevating team members through ideation, brainstorming, and constructive feedback. Present the “big idea” to internal teams and clients, facilitate creative discussions, and incorporate user feedback and analytics to drive continuous improvement through rapid design iterations. - Execution, Quality, & Brand Alignment:
Deliver polished, high-quality design solutions that reflect brand hallmarks, campaign objectives, and best practices in design theory, typography, and identity development. Ensure all deliverables meet rigorous standards of accuracy, clarity, regulatory compliance, and industry guidelines. - Continuous Learning & Innovation:
Stay at the forefront of technological evolution, proactively adopting new platforms, creative tools, and AI-powered solutions. Foster a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and learning, both individually and across the creative team.
Key Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern digital animation tools.
- Proficiency with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
- Strong digital thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Able to turn complex concepts into engaging experiences and journeys.
- Proven experience creating interactive and visually compelling digital media.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work and inspire across disciplines within creative teams.
- Ability to create concepts for 3D and AR/VR environments.
- Agency experience in a creative or digital role strongly preferred.
- Understanding of medical terminology, healthcare concepts, and regulatory standards is a plus.
- Strong awareness of how audiences use digital media, including channel and behavioral trends.
- Willingness to develop expertise in Veeva and other evolving client platforms.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Creative Technology, or related field.
- Continuing education/certifications in design, creative coding, or AI are a plus.
- 5–8 years of agency or digital product experience (level flexible depending on candidate).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Exceptional ability to present and defend creative work to senior clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated innovation mindset, with hands-on experience implementing new methods and technologies.
