Country Manager Denmark (Munich-based) (m/f/x)

YOUR MISSION

We are listing this role twice, once for our Munich office and once as a remote position based in Denmark. Both setups are possible.

• Grow our dealer network in Denmark: Meet local car dealership owners and purchasers, onboard them to our auction platform, and turn them into active buyers.
• Retain existing dealers: Build strong relationships and ensure our current dealer base stays engaged and satisfied.
• Build deep market understanding: Research, analyze, and share local insights to shape our strategy and execution in Denmark.
• Turn dealer feedback into product: Gather feedback from dealers and collaborate with the product team to build a platform they love.

• Passion for travelling: You enjoy being on the road, meeting people face to face, and building lasting relationships.
• Stay sharp and act fast: You’re quick to adapt, think on your feet, and move conversations forward with energy.
• Bring industry know-how: Experience in automotive is a plus. Knowing the Danish market and having an existing network is even better.
• Speak Danish fluently: You communicate confidently in Danish at a native level and handle English with ease. German is a plus.
