ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an ambitious and commercial "Business Development Manager - Battery Services" to join our growing team - either in Munich or Grossaitingen. In this role, you will drive customer growth, expand our partner ecosystem, and define go-to-market strategies for our battery offering division. You will own the full end-to-end commercial lifecycle - from initial lead generation to contract closing, onboarding, and continuous account expansion.

Aufgaben

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner-Led Growth: Work hand-in-hand with partners' sales organizations to scale joint battery offerings across customer bases.
• Outbound & Network-Driven Acquisition: Plan and execute webinars, conference appearances, and targeted cold outreach to generate qualified leads.
• Land & Expand: Systematically develop existing customers, identifying expansion opportunities and converting successful projects into recurring engagements.
• Offering Definition & Go-to-Market: Identify market needs and define new offerings together with the technical and founding teams.
• End-to-End Commercial Ownership: Own the complete customer journey: from lead generation, qualification, quote preparation, contract closing, up to ongoing customer success.

Qualifikation

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in B2B business development, sales, or key account management within the battery, energy storage, or automotive domain.
• Degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong track record of owning end-to-end commercial pipelines and driving sales growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a strategic mind for market positioning.
• Fluency in English and German.
