WHO WE ARE

MVST is a full product delivery studio with offices in Munich and Barcelona. We take products from zero to one — strategy, UX/UI design, and engineering — for companies that want to build things that genuinely make a difference. THE ROLE

Own the product end-to-end

You'll be the connective tissue between clients, designers, and engineers — defining requirements, shaping the UX direction, and driving delivery from first brief to final release.

Work directly with clients

You'll run workshops, present work, and build genuine trust with the people whose businesses we're shaping. No gatekeepers — you're in the room from day one.

Translate complexity into clarity

From messy requirements to coherent user flows — you make sense of ambiguity and give your cross-functional team what it needs to move fast and build right.

Push the experience forward

You'll constantly ask what's next: new features, better flows, smarter frameworks. You're not just managing a backlog — you're raising the bar on what great looks like.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2–4 years in product management

Ideally in a digital agency or consultancy context, though strong product-side experience from a startup or tech company is just as welcome.

Comfortable across disciplines

You don't need to design or code, but you know enough about both to hold a real conversation — and ideally you've worked in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. You know your way around AI-tools like Claude to build and validate quickly.

A natural communicator

You speak the language of both clients and engineers. You can simplify without dumbing down, and you bring stakeholders with you rather than talking at them.

Curious, opinionated, and adaptable

You have a strong point of view on what makes a great product — and you're open to being wrong about it. You thrive when there's no clear playbook.

Fluent in German and English

Both are used daily across our client base and internal teams, ideally you’re fluent in both.

HOW WE HIRE

1. Intro call: 15–20 min with someone from our People team — no prep needed.
2. Take-home assignment: one week to complete a task relevant to the role. We keep it realistic.
3. Technical interview: 1 hour with the hiring manager — a real conversation about how you work.
4. Founder call: 30–60 min to get a feel for where MVST is going and what it means to build here.
5. Team meetup: if you're near Munich or Barcelona, come say hello in person.
