All for the benefit of every patient. **About the Role** In this leadership role, you will develop and execute a customer-focused content publishing strategy for Clinical Solutions products, ensuring high-quality delivery across electronic and print formats. You will collaborate with clinicians, manage strategic partnerships, and lead a team of Content Strategists to create engaging, impactful content that drives usage and supports business growth. **Responsibilities** * Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with content owners * Close new sales and marketing initiatives leveraging these relationships * Ensure timely and accurate delivery and publication of new content, resolving operational issues as needed * Provide business intelligence including market research and consumer insights to support revenue goals * Lead and manage a team of Content Strategists aligned to Clinical Solutions content * Set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and support team development * Manage budgets, schedules, reporting, and contract negotiations **Requirements** * Experience developing and executing content strategies in a publishing or healthcare environment * Ability to build strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders * Experience leading and developing small to medium-sized teams * Strong commercial awareness with experience contributing to revenue growth initiatives * Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and contracts effectively * Strong analytical skills with experience using market and customer insights * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including working with clinicians * Ability to adapt plans and priorities to meet operational and service challenges **Work in a Way That Works for You** We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
