You are an Engineering Manager (m/f/d) passionate about guiding teams to build intelligent automation solutions that transform business processes? Join us and deliver impactful, scalable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Use Cases that seamlessly integrate within SIXT’s IT and operational landscape, accelerating our ability to scale and innovate for the future. Leading a talented team, you will steer and own the entire RPA lifecycle - from analyzing automation needs, defining the right solution approach, to overseeing and driving the full implementation. By enhancing our RPA practice to the next level, you´ll play a pivotal role in pushing SIXT’s transformation into an efficiency-driven organization. 

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You lead, coach and empower RPA developers and RPA analysts, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration and delivery excellence 
• You drive the analysis of business processes with business and IT stakeholders, identifying, scoping and prioritizing the automation use case funnel in alignment with organizational objectives 
• You oversee the end-to-end design, development and deployment of scalable RPA solutions (primarily leveraging UiPath), ensuring seamless integration into SIXT's processes 
• You establish and uphold RPA standards, methodologies, and best practices within the team, ensure compliance with IT security, data protection and quality requirements 
• You act as a trusted advisor to all business units across the organization with regards to automation questions and solution design or architecture

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have several years of technical leadership in RPA teams or similar teams, guiding successful delivery of robust automation projects 
• System Design You excel in designing secure, scalable RPA solutions and architecture and integrating bots with several different enterprise systems 
• Collaboration You naturally work cross-functionally, partnering with engineers, analysts, IT, business stakeholders and Senior Management
• International You thrive in global, distributed teams across international hubs, bringing diverse perspectives and driving automation initiatives company wide 
• Customer Centricity You combine strong business acumen with solution-oriented thinking, translating requirements into measurable business and customer value 
• Communication You communicate clearly and effectively, enabling informed decisions across technical, business and Senior Management stakeholder groups
