Intern - Admin
We are looking for a professional, service-oriented, and well-organized Administrative Intern to support our daily office operations. This role focuses on reception, security coordination, and general administrative tasks.
This position is ideal for students currently studying Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a corporate office environment.
What you will do:
- Provide daily administrative support, including managing office supplies and maintaining general office organization
- Assist in coordinating company events, workshops, and team activities
- Support the planning and preparation of meetings
- Assist with reception duties, including welcoming guests and managing schedules
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations
What you will bring:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Fluent in English; Chinese or German is a strong plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
