Catering Specialist

Your mission

Your day starts at 6:00 AM .

• When we have catering events:

  • Prepare and assemble catering orders to Bella & Bona quality standards
  • Deliver catering to client locations across Munich (driving required)
  • Set up and run catering on-site, ensuring smooth execution and a great client experience
  • Collect client feedback and flag insights to the team

• During non-catering periods:

  • Support the kitchen team as a Kitchen Operator
  • Carry out line preparation and dish assembly
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency standards in the kitchen
  • Help the team deliver daily meals on time and at full quality

Your profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in fine dining or high-quality production kitchens.
• Valid, Permanent EU driving licence.
• Hands-on, reliable, and comfortable with early morning starts (6:00 AM)
• Able to work independently and take initiative, especially during catering logistics
• Strong sense of organisation and time management
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (plus).
