Catering Specialist

Your mission

• Manage and execute large-scale catering operations for key customers across multiple cities
• Take full operational responsibility for all catering in Munich
• Be on-site during events, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery
• Support the kitchen during complex days when needed
• Collaborate with the R&D team on product testing and new product development
• Help define, document, and improve operational processes
• Collect feedback from events and provide insights to improve products and service

Your profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in fine dining or high-quality production kitchens.
• Proven hands-on kitchen experience with strong operational awareness.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Highly autonomous and capable of problem-solving independently, while also thriving in a team-based environment.
• Willing and able to spend significant time on-site in our kitchens (Munich and Berlin).
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing operational complexity under pressure.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field (plus).
