Working Student for Change Consulting & Projects at Allianz SE (m/f/d)

Aufgaben:

The Change Consulting & Projects team supports the Allianz Reinsurance change initiatives by setting up and steering the project portfolio, managing dependencies and providing expertise in project as well as change management. In short: we help make sure the right projects get started, stay on track and create real value for the business . The team is involved in a broad range of initiatives, including portfolio creation, delivery, demand management (how new project ideas are collected and prioritized), governance topics and the increasing use of digital and AI-supported tools. As a Working Student, you will be an active part of the team and support our day-to-day project and portfolio work. You will gain hands-on experience in how large organizations manage projects, decisions and change - and how digital tools and structured processes support effective collaboration. Shape smarter ways of working by testing and introducing digital and AI tools in our team's processes, e.g. Microsoft 365, reporting solutions and AI tools such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot. Help steer the Allianz Reinsurance project portfolio by tracking progress, following up with stakeholders and helping to ensure alignment across projects. Get Board-level visibility early in your career by helping to prepare project reports for the Board of Management and SteerCo committees, enabling transparency and well-informed decisions. Learn from experienced Project Managers by supporting project and change activities in an international environment. Organize workshops and meetings and create presentations that help teams make decisions. Own a topic of your own - for example, an improvement idea within the Project Management Office you develop and present to the team.

Qualifikation:

Currently enrolled as a university student, e.g. in business administration, economics, data/IT-related studies, engineering, social sciences or a comparable field. Very good experience with Microsoft 365, in particular Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel Proficiency in English (our working language); knowledge of German is optional A structured way of thinking and the mindset in finding practical solutions Curiosity about digital and AI tools and a willingness to try new things Openness, good communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team Interest in (re)insurance or financial services - no prior industry knowledge needed
