Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Take business responsibility with regards to DC Grid, Wind Power and Hydrogen application segment
• Create understanding of the markets and its trends as well as customer needs by building strategic relationships with our customers, partners and international colleagues
• Development of application value propositions and application driven input to product roadmaps (power, sense, control, connectivity, security)
• Define, drive and deploy the entire Go-to-Market strategy

Your Profile

As a Senior Staff Application Marketing Specialist, you commit yourself to the results of your own team and the company as a whole. Furthermore, you are open to new ideas and receptive to other ways of thinking or working. Lastly, you focus your efforts on finding solutions that offer added value for both sides.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics , or related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience within the power electronics industry in an Application or System rol e
• Profound expertise in the fields of engineering and business management roles
• Strong and stablished network with key players in the global power electronics industry
• Deep power conversion understanding as well as their value drivers
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (towards customers but also internally towards colleagues and top management)
• Fluency in English (mandatory); German is a plus
