THE TEAM AND ROLE

As Head of Marketing (all genders) , you won’t inherit a playbook—you’ll write it. You set up Avelios’ marketing function and play a key role in shaping our story, brand and growth strategy behind our next stage of scale.

At the same time, your work will have a meaningful impact far beyond marketing metrics. By helping hospitals adopt modern, AI-native software, you contribute to transforming one of society’s most important infrastructures: healthcare. Few roles offer the chance to combine meaningful impact with this level of ownership and creative freedom.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish our company as a trusted healthcare leader by translating market insights, customer needs and product strengths into a clear growth narrative

• Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns that generate measurable revenue impact, optimized through experimentation and analytics

• Create high-quality, targeted content that educates stakeholders and establishes thought leadership in AI-native healthcare transformation

• Develop and lead a lean, high-impact team while fostering ownership and leveraging agencies and partners

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed degree from a top-ranked business school with a focus on marketing or a journalistic education

• Proven experience in a similar marketing role, ideally in a top-tier agency, scale-up or SaaS environment

• Excellent leadership skills with an entrepreneurial mindset to get things done

• Keen interest in healthcare technology with the ability to craft engaging, professional content tailored to hospital and healthcare audiences

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
