Founding GTM Lead
About the Role
Join an early-stage enterprise AI team building automation for connecting, migrating, and implementing business systems. You will own top-of-funnel growth, build a repeatable pipeline, and contribute to early marketing and sales as the go-to-market motion develops.
What You'll Do
Define target customer profiles, build prospect lists, and create outbound campaigns that generate qualified conversations.
Set up and improve the CRM, prospecting, enrichment, routing, and reporting systems that make pipeline generation repeatable.
Prospect through cold calls, professional networks, events, and other channels, and measure results.
Develop early marketing through content, launches, and engagement with technical and open-source communities.
Lead discovery calls and product demonstrations, with the opportunity to grow into full-cycle sales ownership.
What We're Looking For
At least two years in a startup or high-growth B2B go-to-market role, such as sales development, account executive work, growth, or GTM operations.
A record of personally building outbound pipeline and delivering measurable results, including experience engaging technical buyers.
Hands-on experience with CRM and go-to-market automation, prospecting, cold calling, customer profiling, and building processes from scratch.
Background in technical product sales or marketing, ideally enterprise software, APIs, infrastructure, data platforms, or enterprise systems.
Fluency in spoken and written German and English, plus a clear signal of exceptional achievement or initiative.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: €80,000 to €140,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site five days per week in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
