Head of Pricing

The Head of Pricing is a senior leader responsible for advancing global pricing excellence across the organisation, with a primary focus on Global and European markets. The role is dedicated exclusively to pricing, driving strategy, governance, and execution to protect profitability and enable sustainable margin growth across a vaccine portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Governance

• Establish and institutionalise a global pricing governance framework by Q3 2026.
• Ensure 100% compliance with authorisation levels and approval workflows across all regions.

Global Pricing Strategy

• Develop and deploy a tiered Global Pricing Strategy by Q4 2026.
• Enforce margin floors and price corridors to harmonise pricing, prevent erosion, and protect profitability.

Commercial Policy

• Standardise regional commercial policies and Gross-to-Net frameworks by Q4 2026.
• Align all discounting and rebate structures with global profitability targets.

Margin Optimisation

• Lead a Margin Optimisation Roadmap leveraging value-based pricing, portfolio mix, COGS improvements, and net price realisation.
• Deliver sustainable margin expansion across the portfolio.

Data Infrastructure

• Establish a Global Pricing Master Data Repository by Q4 2026.
• Ensure a centralised, audited source of truth for all pricing data and analytics.

Key Requirements

• Strong senior experience in pricing leadership, ideally in biotech, vaccines, or pharma.
• Proven track record in global or European pricing strategy and execution.
• Consistent career progression in senior pricing roles within comparable environments.
• Deep expertise in pricing governance, Gross-to-Net, and margin optimisation.
• Ability to dedicate full focus to global pricing strategy, operating as a specialised pricing leader.
