What awaits you at Mynaric

• You develop and implement your Production Plan based on the Master Schedule, to support both prototyping and series ramp-up projects.
• You excel at working cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing and Program teams in order to ensure that your designated production area/s is/are able to build product on-time and keep our customer product flowing.
• Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management.
• You are an expert at the concepts behind backwards and forwards scheduling and know how to implement them within an ERP & MES system.
• You create and maintain all ERP relevant Master Data (BOMs, Routings, Production Version) of the Assemblies in your Production Area for which you are responsible.

What you bring with you

• Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable field of study with a focus on Production Planning & Scheduling, as well as at least 5 years of professional experience.
• You are familiar with logistical processes in high-tech companies and know how to work together with a Warehouse & Inventory team to ensure success is delivered to Production.
• You know that Production is your #1 customer and strive to ensure they are always at the appropriate level of work – and how to escalate when this goes out of balance.
• You love Excel and spreadsheets, especially XLOOKUP, and understand how to use this tool to create an actionable, visual system for the Plan
• You are interested in Planning at all levels – from small, ‘urgent’ projects to long-term production schedules & moving towards serial production
• You are familiar with the concepts of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), 5S, and Lean Process Improvement and have implemented these concepts in Warehouse and Logistics areas in the past.
• You are characterized by a reliable, structured and independent way of working, as well as a strong and clear way of communicating across all business levels.
• You are an absolute team player and are interested in helping to shape a growing area.
• Business fluent, verbal and written communication skills in English. German is a plus.
