Head of Product (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Own the roadmap and l ead the product function, align the organization around what to build and why, and make sure we deliver t hings that matter.
• Partner with the CPTO to shape and evolve the product vision and strategy.
• Build lightweight processes that keep a fast team coordinated.
• Align Engineering, Operations, and customers around clear goals and success metrics that make progress visible to everyone.
• Communicate product direction clearly across the whole company.
• Define where AI creates real value in our product and take it from idea to shipped feature.

Your profile

• You have s enior product leadership experience at a growth-stage company.
• You are a generalist and hands-on leader, that is able to do the work that is required , not only what is expected .
• You have experience in environments where software meets real-world operations, not purely SaaS.
• You are technical enough to collaborate meaningfully with engineers on architecture and tradeoffs.
• You’ve taken over an existing product function before and made it better.
• You are a strong communicator who can align different teams around a shared direction.
• You possess a clear view on where AI creates product value today, backed by things you’ve actually shipped.
• You are fluent English, written and spoken. German is a plus.
