The role

As Executive Assistant, you'll be the backbone of support for Helsing's German leadership team, especially in government and industry engagements. Your expertise in organising high-stakes meetings and handling correspondence will enhance collaboration with senior external officials. You’ll ensure seamless operations with precise travel arrangements and efficient administrative systems, enabling swift responses to internal and external needs.

The day-to-day

• Acting as the point of contact between our German Management Team and external partners/clients.

• Organising meetings and communications between the German Management Team and senior external officials (in business and government)

• Handling correspondence to the German Management Team and assuming responsibility for filtering this

• Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries

• Maintaining the German Management Team filing and administrative systems to ensure they can work efficiently and with impact

• Handle the German Management Team agenda and meetings with Helsing internal teams, help prioritise and resolve conflicts

You should apply if you

• Have prior experience working as an assistant for C-level / senior executives

• Bring the ability to prioritize ruthlessly in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment

• Demonstrate excellence in written and verbal communication, with a proven track record of engaging effectively with senior officials across both the private and public sectors

• Have the ability to exercise professional judgement/discretion
