Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

As a Marketing Manager (m/w/d) located in Germany , you will be responsible for the local marketing responsibility in DACH. You will work closely with our expert team for great tangible content and marketing activities. Additionally, you will be part of a great sales team in DACH. You will be responsible for ensuring that our marketing activities are delivered, and that our brand is vocally communicated in the DACH marketing.

As an Marketing Professional Inbound (m/w/d) you will:

• Lead marketing activities for events in the DACH region : You are responsible for local marketing events in DACH from branding to gathering leads at fairs, conferences etc. and the follow up campaigns to these events
• Lead marketing campaigns to our activities: You create surveys for the DACH region and white papers [e.g. cyber security study / IR study] that we can make available to our customers or potential customers and to be used for external perception.
• Support our team with market analysis : Conduct local market research to gather insights into consumer preferences and competition.
• Lead generation through ad campaigns : In alignment with our Belgium Headquarter you set up ad campaigns for LinkedIn & google AdWords to generate leads with focus on the DACH region
• Lead for data quality: You are responsible for the data quality of our customer base. You find ways to enrich the data, set up KPI`s, and provide corresponding reports

Requirements

• You hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states ;
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field;
• Several years of experience in marketing (especially in inbound marketing);
• Understanding of Security Consulting and Services industry;
• A passion for clean data;
• Excellent German and English communication skills – verbal and written;
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Experience with CRM-Systems like MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Hubspot or Pipedrive;
• Experience with E-Mail campaign tools;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• A training budget of 10.000 EUR and 10 days training man days every 2 years;
