Inviting applications for the role of Principal, Financial Services, Applied Advisory!

In this role, you will drive advisory revenue and be the executive delivery lead of a major account, ensuring balanced growth and excellent client delivery. Responsibilities include leading a small team to deliver client outcomes, providing leadership with insights for portfolio expansion, supporting client acquisition, building executive relationships, overseeing high-impact advisory engagements, developing intellectual property, and contributing to go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive Advisory Growth: Expand a high‑value advisory portfolio by securing new and repeat business, generating meaningful revenue impact.

• Advance Market Bookings: Strengthen advisory and advanced technology bookings through strategic client engagement and high‑impact solution delivery.

• Ensure Delivery Excellence: Lead complex engagements with a focus on exceptional execution and measurable client outcomes.

• Build Executive‑Level Partnerships: Deepen long‑term relationships as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through critical strategic decisions.

• Steer Business Development: Shape and lead pursuits, uncover new opportunities, and facilitate workshops that open pathways for strategic growth.

• Elevate Thought Leadership: Develop and share forward‑looking insights, contribute to intellectual property, and represent the organization in prominent industry forums.

• Develop the Practice: Strengthen organizational capabilities by mentoring senior talent, enhancing offerings, and advancing the overall advisory practice.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant years of experience in advisory, consulting, transformation, or industry leadership positions

• Strong expertise in solution design and client delivery

• Specialization in a relevant industry or domain

• Fluent in advanced technologies

• Proven record as a key role, contributing significantly to pursuit strategies

• Fluent in German & English

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Thought leader in one to two segments within chosen industry

• Expert in at least one relevant domain and proficient in one to two other relevant domains

• Significant experience with advanced technology, data and AI within chosen industry
