Your next challenge

What you’ll be doing:

Driving growth and expansion in the Southern Germany sales region through the identification and acquisition of new customers, as well as the expansion of existing contacts.

Responsibility for the entire sales cycle:
Lead generation → Qualification → Proposal phase → Negotiation → Closing

Execution of sales campaigns to systematically target new customer segments

Processing of lead lists and independent development of targeted campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and Inside Sales

Sales focus on our core products , as well as the identification and development of cross-selling and upselling potential

Presence at trade fairs, events, and industry gatherings to strategically expand the network

Close coordination with the central sales team and regular presence at the Frankfurt office for meetings and strategic planning

Monitoring of competitors and market trends to identify emerging trends and customer needs at an early stage

You’re a match

Proven success in B2B sales , ideally in the Southern region of Germany or a comparable sales territory
Hands-on mentality , high self-motivation, and a clear hunter mindset
Experience in acquiring new customers and managing complex sales processes
Strong communication skills , confidence in negotiations, and a proven ability to close deals
Willingness to travel within the Southern region of Germany and regular presence at the Frankfurt office
Proficient in Salesforce and other digital sales tools

Work Experience Requirements:
7+ years of experience in sales management.

German is a must
