We're seeking a talented Junior Project Manager to join our vibrant team in Munich.

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of shareholder meetings for our German and European clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and managing project timelines and deliverables
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients, banks, and internal teams
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices
• Supporting process improvements and digitalization initiatives
