YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You lead end-to-end delivery of global Talent Acquisition projects, from conception through implementation and measurement
• You develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• You design and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new TA processes, tools, and ways of working
• You partner with regional TA leaders, HR business partners, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables
• You monitor key performance indicators, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure sustainable transformation across the organization

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Project Management Experience You have a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on time and within budget
• HR & Talent Acquisition Background You bring a solid understanding of recruitment processes, challenges, and best practices, with hands-on experience in the TA or HR
• Collaboration and Influencing Skills You excel at building relationships across organizational boundaries, influencing without authority, and facilitating consensus among diverse stakeholder groups
• Change Management Expertise You know how to drive adoption of new processes and tools and you balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments
• Organizational Excellence You are highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, and are capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
• Language Skills You communicate fluently in English (written and verbal) at a business level and can navigate conversations with global stakeholders
