Are you in?Your roleKey responsibilities in your new roleSupport the development, review and continuous optimization of the group’s global transfer pricing strategy and its implementation Ensure intercompany transactions are priced at arm’s length Act as a primary point of contact for business units, central departments, and subsidiaries worldwide, providing guidance and training on transfer pricing issues and ensuring consistent application of internal guidelines and policies Provide expert advice on complex group-wide M&A projects and intra-group restructurings regarding transfer pricing, including IP and business valuation for tax purposes Manage tax audits, mutual agreement procedures (MAPs) and advance pricing agreements (APAs) to resolve transfer pricing disputes Coordinate and support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including the master file, local files, and country-by-country reporting Draft and review intercompany agreements to ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations Monitor the impact of transfer pricing legislative changes on the group’s structure and operational processesYour profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed A university degree in economics, business administration, or law; an advanced qualification is preferred (e.g., Ph.D. or German Certified Tax Advisor) At least 6 years of professional experience in transfer pricing in consulting (ideally Big Four) or with a capital market-orientated, globally active company Sound knowledge of all areas of transfer pricing in Germany and internationally (including OECD and domestic transfer pricing regulations, BEPS, MAPs and APAs) Legal knowledge related to intercompany agreements and experience in IP and business valuation are advantages Significant practical project management experience, strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills, as well as assertiveness and strong teamwork Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken); German is a plusPlease note that this position is based at our HQ in Neubiberg.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
