WHAT YOU'LL DO
Acquisition & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute our strategic sales plan to drive revenue and expand Kickbase’s commercial partnerships.
- Identify, engage, and secure high-value media bookings with direct clients and media agencies, leveraging Kickbase's position in the digital football environment.
- Own the full deal cycle — from prospecting through negotiation and contract closure, ensuring alignment with Kickbase’s commercial goals and brand positioning.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Align closely with Campaign, Community and Product department to develop innovative media proposals and activation opportunities.
Partner Management & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Manage key partner relationships to ensure long-term retention, growth, and satisfaction.
- Work cross-functionally within the entire organisation to deliver seamless partnership execution and activation.
- Collaborate with our Research department to leverage market insights, competitor analysis, and audience engagement metrics to refine our prospects.
- Represent Kickbase at industry conferences, trade fairs, and networking events, positioning the brand aas a premier advertising opportunity.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital media or ad sales, ideally within sports, entertainment, or media industries.
- Proven ability to secure high-value media bookings, negotiate deals, and drive commercial success.
- Fluent German and English so that language barriers ar no obstacle for your success.
- Established network and relationships with both direct clients and media agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Sports Management or a related field.
