Cartken is a startup at the forefront of autonomous robotics and last-mile delivery. Â Our team has more than a century of combined experience solving some of the toughest challenges in autonomous vehicles, robotics, and operations at Google, Amazon, Apple, and Facebook. Â We have robots operating around the world providing reliable and cost-effective delivery in malls, kitchens, hotels, universities, and city streets. Â

The AI powering our robots makes them the safest and most reliable in the market today.Our robots are equipped with multiple sensors and cameras which allow them to stop on a dime in order to avoid collisions and choose routes which have the fewest hazards.

What you'll do

We’re seeking a Founder’s Associate to support our CTO, Jonas, and grow with us as we build the company and become the brains behind an automation revolution.  In this role, you get to own a wide range of non-technical topics and be a trusted go-to-person for our CTO.

More specifically, you’ll:

• Provide executive assistance to our CTO - supporting him with preparing materials, administrative tasks and non-technical topics in general

• Manage office operations, including overseeing supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

• Support the Munich team on internal operations, communications and marketing - from organising  team events to building out our internal knowledge base, to crafting compelling marketing content to support our employer branding efforts

• Undertake special assignments or projects as required

• Proactively identify and execute on opportunities you see to drive our business forward

• Lend a supportive hand wherever needed across the business, such as accounting and HR

What you bring

• Some experience in a startup environment supporting the founders with a wide range of topics either in a permanent or intern role

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills having worked with a variety of stakeholdersÂ

• Proactive self-starter mindset combined with the preference for making an impact in a fast-paced environment

• Learning agility, open-mindedness and low ego

• Entrepreneurial mindset and obsession with getting things done rather than office politics

• German and English at C2 level or above is required.
