Instructural Design Intern at AI-Training Startup (full-time)

Tasks

What you’ll be working on

Your will be working closely with our Chief Learning Officer Lena to deliver outstanding trainings to our clients.

Training Development & Production

• Content Creation: Develop comprehensive training scripts and materials that translate sustainability, safety and compliance topics into clear, engaging learning modules
• Platform Building: Construct and structure trainings within our platform, ensuring smooth user experience and pedagogical effectiveness
• Quality Refinement: Perfect training materials through multiple iterations, focusing on the smallest details to craft outstanding training experiences
• Feedback Integration: Systematically incorporate client and user feedback to continuously enhance training effectiveness

Client Collaboration

• Workshop Support: Assist in initial client workshops to understand training needs and objectives
• Progress Updates: Participate in client check-ins to ensure training alignment with business goals
• Project Tracking: Maintain organized documentation of multiple concurrent training projects

Multimedia Content

• Video Production: Write compelling scripts for explanatory videos and coordinate the creation of visual materials
• Asset Management: Source and organize multimedia elements that enhance learning engagement
• Content Coordination: Work with editors and designers to ensure cohesive, professional training materials

Requirements

Essential:

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality - you find satisfaction in perfecting the final touches
• Strong Generative AI Skills - you know how to leverage ChatGPT and co to create content
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent English communication skills; German proficiency is a valuable advantage
• Genuine interest in sustainability, safety and compliance within business contexts
• 4-6 months time for a full-time internship

Experience & Background:

• Previous exposure to content refinement, whether through:

• Polishing presentations or training materials

• Writing or editing experience

• Marketing content development

• Instructional design projects

• Ideal academic backgrounds include Business (HR focus), Business Psychology, Psychology, Communications, or related fields - though passion and aptitude matter more than specific degree

Mindset:

• Thrives in startup environments with dynamic priorities
• Process-oriented with strong project management instincts
• Can find the balance of precision and completeness vs rapid prototyping
• Collaborative spirit with ability to work independently
