Senior Staff Product Manager (f/m/d)

• Starting Date: as soon as possible

• Yearly Salary: €100,000 - €110,000 (fixed range, annual gross)

• Stock Options: €80,000 - €120,000

• Benefits: Up to €5,000 annually

• Work model: Full-time, Hybrid in Munich

Your role

As a Senior Staff Product Manager, you translate customer & business needs into product requirements and own accountability for delivering successful products to market, including P&L responsibility. You play a pivotal role in defining the future of Healthcare accessibility, working with leading experts to think beyond what is possible today.

How can we remove access barriers to MRI and make MRI more accessible to everyone? You lead product definition and delivery of the next generation of MRI-powered solutions in healthcare that are fast, affordable, and efficient. You work closely with development leads in systems engineering, imaging, AI, and software, along with business development and technical program managers. You exhibit high customer empathy, business sense, crisp communication, an impact-driven mindset, and leadership via influence.

Your day-to-day

On a typical day, you will:

• Engage with customers and business stakeholders to uncover product opportunities and address key challenges.

• Lead strategic discussions & decision-making.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on the product roadmap and ensure a shared vision.

Product definition & strategy

• Define a product strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy & market needs.

• Regularly communicate why we are doing (the mission & vision) and what we need to do to achieve that (the product roadmap)

• Craft well-defined product requirements supported by clear, concise documentation.

• Effectively present ideas and proposals to stakeholders, gather constructive feedback, and distill it into actionable insights for development teams.

Leadership by influence

• Take accountability for overall team delivery, including P&L responsibilities.

• Align with stakeholders and achieve buy-in on tactical plans to execute on product requirements.

• Align the priorities of the development team and suppliers with the priorities of the company.

• Facilitate speedy, well-thought-through tactical decision-making by communicating needs clearly, digesting feedback, and synthesizing information.

• Asymmetric, innovative thinking that's not afraid to push the bounds of what's possible.

Domain expertise

• Experience building products that leverage medical imaging.

• Experience with patient care technology.

• Proven experience providing solutions in the healthcare industry.

• Proven experience managing complex deep-tech products.

• Proven experience successfully bringing consumer health products to market.

• Proven experience bringing B2B healthcare products to market.

• Proven experience bringing AI-enabled healthcare technology into a product to market.

• Experience with medical imaging technologies such as MRI, Ultrasound, and/or CT.

• Experience navigating healthcare regulatory frameworks while bringing products to market in the EU and US.

• Experience managing large P&L budgets associated with healthcare product development.
