Marketing Manager B2B Online Marketing (m/f/d)- Munich

Your tasks

• Corporate Marketing Focus: You are responsible for the planning, execution, and continuous development of various marketing activities for Online Birds and our three brands (Online Birds, Online Birds Education, and Hotel Digital Score).
• Performance Marketing: You plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads. You analyze campaign performance based on data insights and continuously refine our marketing strategy.
• E-Mail Marketing Automation: You design and implement email marketing automations for lead generation and lead nurturing while continuously optimizing existing workflows along the customer journey.
• Content & Newsletter Ownership: You take ownership of our weekly newsletter “Midnight Snack” as well as the creation of content such as blog articles and case studies — from concept development to performance optimization.
• Social Media Management: You manage our social media channels on Instagram and LinkedIn, plan and publish content, and continuously strengthen our online presence and community engagement.
• CRM, Data & Reporting: You maintain our systems and data in a structured way, analyze lead development throughout the funnel, and derive actionable insights to further improve our marketing activities.
• AI & Automation Integration: You ensure that existing AI solutions and automations (e.g., via n8n) are effectively utilized, further developed, and sustainably integrated into our marketing processes.

 

Your profile

• Professional Experience: You have at least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B environment, and have already independently managed and executed marketing initiatives.
• Performance Ads: You bring hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on Google, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and LinkedIn, and understand how performance marketing can effectively generate qualified leads.
• E-Mail Marketing & Automation: You have experience in building and optimizing email marketing campaigns and automations, and understand how to nurture leads throughout the customer journey while targeting audiences effectively.
• Social Media Experience & Presence: You have independently managed and developed LinkedIn and Instagram accounts. You also feel comfortable being in front of the camera and actively contributing to content creation.
• Content & Design Skills: You have a strong sense for target-group-oriented content and experience in creating content (copy, visuals, and designs) — and you are confident using Canva.
• AI Competence & Automation Mindset: Using AI is a natural part of your modern marketing approach. You leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or n8n) to make processes more efficient, scalable, and intelligent.
• Industry Understanding & Working Style: Ideally, you already have some exposure to the hospitality or tourism industry and understand the specific characteristics and challenges of this target group. In addition, you work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner, combined with a hands-on mentality and a high level of initiative.
• Communication & Language Skills: You have excellent German language skills and are confident communicating in English.
