As our Head of Product, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the development of our product in a fast-growing market. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead innovation, enhance our product offerings, and drive the future of Squalify in the cyber risk management space.

Your mission

• Reporting to the CEO, you lead the product management and product design teams to deliver a world-class SaaS product to our customers
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Continuously improve the product through customer & user feedback
• Track, measure, analyse and communicate relevant KPIs as well as product development progress to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams ( SW engineering, delivery & academy , sales, marketing ) to continuously drive the prioritization, ideation, testing, development, and delivery of the product and new innovative features
• Keep the broader picture in mind and guide the strategy from a design perspective based on the vision of the company.
• Drive user centric methods and the design process from early discovery of a product to its end of life.
• Participate in and facilitate high-level discussions with stakeholders, ensuring design topics remain a priority within key product decisions.
• E volve and deliver the product roadmap. You lead your team in not only setting a bold vision, but in delivering it to the market. Together with stakeholders from other departments, you set the right priorities to create a thriving product in a competitive market.
• Business savvy paired with technical understanding. You have an excellent understanding of B2B enterprise SaaS both on the technical and business level. You combine these factors to evolve the Squalify platform in an efficient, sustainable and profitable way.
• Serve as a mentor and coach the team, understand capabilities, assist in their development and training, provide constructive feedback, and direct them to develop solutions that push the boundaries while fulfilling strategic requirements.

Your Profile

• 8 years of product experience, at least 2 in a Head of Product role for an B2B enterprise SaaS company
• Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary product teams
• Startup experience
• Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• A demonstrated and focused desire to build products and services that customers love
• Experience in cyber risk and/or cybe r security is a plus
• Experience managing SaaS products for Large Enterprise and upper mid-market is a plus
• Experience in developing and scaling digital products (high-product complexity e.g. Big Data, Process Modelling, etc.)
• In-depth working knowledge of agile development methodologies and design thinking
• Fluency in English, fluency in German is a plus.
• We offer a hybrid work model, but applicants must be willing to commute to Munich twice a week.
