Investment Manager/Associate

We are partnering with an entrepreneurial private equity fund based in Munich. The focus is on European mid-cap companies within Western Europe.

To strengthen their investment team, they are looking for a motivated Investment Manager with a genuine passion for Technology.

Tasks

• Direct involvement and assumption of responsibility in all aspects of the transactions, from acquisition to successful exit.
• Conducting market and competitive analyses across all industries and business models.
• Preparing comprehensive financial analyses and valuation models.
• Monitoring and supporting portfolio companies.
• Preparing and presenting presentations, reports and analyses.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction consulting or management consulting.
• Independent performance of balance sheet, P&L, cashflow analysis, company valuation and financial modelling.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills combined with a structured approach to work.
• High level of commitment, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Team player with a hands-on mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
