For their German Medical Equipment Business Unit, we are looking for a:\ N\nSERVICE TECHNICIAN (DENTAL TREATMENT AND STERILIZATION)\ N\nThe role reports to the Head of After Sales of the business unit and is responsible for providing technical support to distributors' service teams as well as end customers, with a particular focus on the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of dental treatment units and sterilization systems.\ N\nMain responsibilities\ N\n Carry out interventions to resolve technical issues related to dental treatment units and sterilization systems both on-site and remotely.\ N Analyze complaints, identify root causes and collect technical and functional improvement suggestions.\ N Work closely and continuously with internal departments such as R&D, Marketing & Sales, Production and Customer Service.\ N Provide technical support during product installations at national and international trade fairs, events and customer sites.\ N Offer technical consultation and training to distributors and end customers, analyzing malfunctions and defining effective solutions.\ N Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, including bills of materials, technical manuals, spare parts catalogs, and periodic technical bulletins.\ N Cover the DACH market (with the possibility of international travel)\ N\n\nRequirements\ N\n Degree inBiomedical Engineering or a technical qualification/apprenticeship in Electronics, Mechatronics, Medical Technology or a related technical discipline.\ N Previous experience in technical support for medical devices, preferably in dental treatment units or sterilization systems.\ N Strong understanding ofsystem-level troubleshooting, including mechanical, electrical and electromechanical systems.\ N A fully proficient level of German is required, as well as fluent English.\ N Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 50% of the working time).\ N\n\nWhat We Offer:\ N\n Company car (both for personal and professional use).\ N Structured onboarding and technical training path (initial training period in Italy followed by training at the German showroom).\ N International Exposure: A key role within a global business unit involving frequent travel and interaction with diverse markets.\ N Continuous Growth: Opportunities to collaborate with high-level R&D and production teams on cutting-edge medical technology.\ N Professional Autonomy: The responsibility to manage dealer relationships and certify the technical standards of our partners.\ N Stable Environment: A position within a structured company that values technical expertise and long-term career development.\ N\n\nSalary range: 65.000 - 75.000 € gross/year\ NWorkplace: DACH region\ N\nLavoropiù SpA - Aut.
