The Vision

We specialize in driving digital transformation for the Life Sciences industry , focusing on high-integrity SAP S/4HANA implementations. Our philosophy is rooted in "Standard First"—aligning business processes with SAP best practices to ensure stability and scalability.

For essential adaptations, we champion a Clean-Core approach utilizing the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Given our focus on highly regulated environments, we integrate GxP compliance and validation into every phase of our projects, ensuring that quality standards are a fundamental part of the system architecture, not an afterthought.

Your Contribution

As an SAP QM specialist, you act as a bridge between technology and quality assurance. You will have the autonomy to consult independently, helping clients redefine their quality workflows and deploy tools that make their daily operations more compliant and efficient.

• Project Execution: Steer SAP implementations, providing expert consulting and post-go-live support.
• Knowledge Delivery: Organize and lead on-site client workshops and specialized training programs.
• System Optimization: Conceptualize and harmonize quality management processes, including deep-dive system customizing.
• Compliance Documentation: Author technical project documentation and create easy-to-follow user manuals.
• Strategic Growth: Partner with our sales department to provide technical depth during client acquisition.

Who We Are Looking For

We value "handshake quality"—reliability, curiosity, and a genuine team-first attitude.

• Academic Background: Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or an equivalent vocational qualification.
• Practical Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA as a consultant, in-house expert, or lead key user.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of SAP QM ; additional expertise in PP or PP-PI is a significant advantage.
• Linguistic Skills: Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2) is required.
• Soft Skills: A strong service-oriented mindset and the confidence to advise stakeholders at all levels.
