The ReDI Digital Literacy Program is seeking a Program Assistant to join our team. Help empower women and FINTA (female, inter, non-binary, trans, and agender) individuals with essential digital skills.

Start date : September 2025

Working hours: Up to 10 hours/week; 6 hours on Saturdays in-person and 4 hours during the week

Work location: Munich

Contract: Mini-job, temporary

Your mission

Collaborate with the Digital Literacy Program (DLP) team to ensure smooth planning, organization, and development of our program, with a particular focus on student services.

Your tasks

• Manage classes and support students throughout their learning journey.

• Ensure Saturday classes run smoothly by assisting both students and teachers, in-person or online.

• Tutor students in computer skills at the German B1/2 language level.

• Assist with career services activities, as well as with the recruitment and onboarding of new students.

• Collaborate with the DLP team to create engaging activities and learning materials.

• Provide general support for program tasks and student services, following program goals and timelines.

Your profile

We are looking for someone to strengthen our team:

• You are a team player with strong social skills.

• You are well organized.

• You speak German and English
  (Bonus: Arabic, Kurdish, or Persian skills are welcome)

• You have experience working with Microsoft Office and /or Google Workspace

• You have the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

• You have an interest in digital inclusion

• Estimated monthly compensation: approx. €556 for 10 hrs/week (about 40 hrs/month).

• Regular working hours on Saturday in the morning (between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, with flexible preparation and follow-up during the week).
