International Field Technician Refrigeration (m/f/d)

Are you passionate about international travel, have a knack for technology, and value direct interaction with clients? Then ENGIE Refrigeration is the perfect fit for you: You will manage service orders for our international clients.

Your place of residence is secondary, and the cities mentioned are merely examples—what matters is having a good connection to an airport nearby. At present, the focus is primarily on European countries as well as the Middle East.

Your Responsibilities:

• Independently manage customer assignments and address complaints.
• Maintain, repair, and commission refrigeration systems, cooling units, and cooling towers.
• Monitor system parameters and processes on-site, resolving any malfunctions or issues.
• Document maintenance work and complete assignments punctually and efficiently.
• Provide advice and implement system modernizations.

Your Profile:

• Enjoy working independently, daily customer interactions, and responding well to their needs.
• Hands-on experience with completed training as a mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology. Refrigeration system builders and those with similar qualifications are also welcome.
• Initial professional experience in industrial refrigeration is preferred, but entry-level candidates with a proactive work ethic are considered.
• Open to international business and the associated travel.
• Fluent English for on-site communication is required. Additional languages are a plus but not mandatory.
