Marketing Specialist – ESY Sunhome German

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support the growth of the ESY Sunhome brand across German. This role involves developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across online and offline channels, coordinating events and partnerships, and analysing market performance to drive brand awareness and lead generation. You will work closely with internal teams, distributors, resellers, and external partners to deliver effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
•Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to support business growth
•Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness
•Manage and optimise website content, social media platforms, and marketing materials to enhance brand visibility
•Lead the development of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and case studies
•Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives

Events & Promotions
•Plan and deliver trade shows, exhibitions, training sessions, and partner events aligned with marketing strategy
•Oversee event logistics including venue selection, materials preparation, and on-site execution
•Evaluate event outcomes and provide insights to improve future marketing initiatives

Partner & Stakeholder Management
•Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and reseller partners to drive co-branded marketing initiatives
•Liaise with external marketing agencies, media partners, and suppliers to ensure effective campaign delivery
•Provide strategic marketing support to partners and ensure brand consistency across all channels

Performance Analysis & Reporting
•Monitor and analyse campaign performance, customer engagement, and lead generation metrics
•Prepare reports and provide recommendations to optimise marketing strategies and ROI
•Maintain marketing databases and support data-driven decision making

About You
•1–3 years’ experience in marketing or a related role
•Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•Ability to work independently and contribute to strategic decision-making
•Experience with digital marketing, content creation, or event coordination is preferred
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing or design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe) is a plus
