Tasks
// YOUR MISSION AT PICUS
Recruiting, Employer Branding and Talent Management at Picus
You will help drive the growth of our own team and strengthen our employer brand by:
- Managing the ongoing recruitment of interns and full-time positions at Picus.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and recruitment prep materials and job descriptions.
- Organizing recruiting events in collaboration with target universities.
- Monitoring and analyzing recruiting KPIs to continuously improve our processes.
- Managing and expanding our talent pool of high-potential profiles who could be a future fit for either Picus or one of our portfolio companies.
Talent Advisory and Recruiting Support for the Picus Portfolio
You will work closely with founders and leadership teams across our portfolio, advising them on talent-related topics and supporting them in building high-performing teams:
- Acting as a sparring partner on recruiting strategies and organizational topics.
- Actively sourcing and engaging key talents for critical positions within their teams.
- Driving project-based recruiting efforts to help scale their organizations effectively.
- Building and maintaining a network of candidates relevant to our portfolio companies.
Requirements

Background:
- Completed university degree in a relevant field
- Initial professional experience in personnel consulting, recruiting, or similar
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as well as knowledge and experience with modern recruiting tools
- Excellent German and English language skills
Personality:
- Strong communication skills and openness, with the ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic and innovative work environment
- Interest in HR topics, startups, and venture capital
- Proactive, structured, and independent work style
- Interest in project-based work for our portfolio companies
