HR Transformation Lead - SuccessFactors

Our client is a leading international organisation undergoing a major transformation of its global HR and recruitment function.

They are now looking for an HR Transformation Lead – SuccessFactors to help create a consistent, efficient and globally standardised recruitment process across the organisation.

This is a newly established role sitting at the intersection of HR, recruitment, technology and transformation. You will work closely with HR leaders, recruitment teams and IT stakeholders across multiple countries, helping to establish global processes and governance while ensuring that technology supports the needs of the business.

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the global recruiting process and SuccessFactors landscape.
• Develop and implement consistent recruitment processes and standards across multiple countries.
• Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and IT stakeholders to understand local requirements and create scalable global solutions.
• Establish effective governance and ways of working across the international organisation.
• Lead international projects, rollouts and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to make recruitment more efficient, streamlined and data-driven.
• Explore new technologies, automation and AI solutions that can improve the recruitment process.
• Support the ongoing development of the organisation's global HR technology landscape.

Your Profile

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR transformation or HR technology.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting; Employee Central experience is advantageous.
• Proven experience working across multiple countries in a global organisation.
• Experience developing or implementing global processes and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across HR, recruitment and IT.
• Analytical, structured and conceptual approach with a strong focus on delivering practical solutions.
• Interest in digital transformation, automation and AI within HR.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of complex international projects.
