Design-Driven Frontend Developer (m/f/d) - Next.js, with Agency experience

Right now, we’re building our own technical platform as the foundation for all our projects – and that’s where you come in.

• You’ll be part of a cross-functional project team and work closely with clients, designers, and creatives. You’ll support projects from concept to launch – and beyond.
• Build sophisticated web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Create interactive, visually strong interfaces (ideally with Framer Motion or similar)
• Take ownership of clean, well-documented, high-quality code
• Actively contribute to our engineering principles and help evolve them
• Collaborate closely with design, content, and strategy – open, agile, and on eye level
  

Your Experience

• 3+ years of experience building production-ready web applications with Next.js, React, and TypeScript
  (ideally in an agency or consultancy environment )
• A portfolio that shows your ability to translate strong design into complex, polished interfaces
• A structured way of working and clear documentation skills
• You can explain technical topics to non-technical teammates
• Curiosity for new things - from design and storytelling to 3D
  nive to have:
• Experience with 3D / WebGL (e.g. Three.js)
• Experience with CMS systems
• Agency experience or working on multiple projects in parallel

• Salary range: €55,000 - €65,000 gross per year (full-time), depending on experience
