As Senior Field Marketing Manager , you will play a key role in driving business growth in Germany by designing and executing high-performing marketing campaigns tailored to enterprise and major accounts. You’ll be part of a passionate and collaborative EMEA marketing team, working closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Partner & Alliances, and Value Management teams to align strategies and deliver measurable results.

Your Impact

In this hands-on, strategic role, you will:

• Develop and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across inbound and outbound channels to support pipeline growth.

• Collaborate with the local Enterprise Sales team to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.

• Plan, organize, and execute digital and in-person events that elevate brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Identify and develop new marketing opportunities based on customer, partner, and sales insights.

• Manage marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable ROI.

• Localize content and marketing materials to fit the German market.

• Analyze and report campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in a high-tech environment .

• Proven expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

• Excellent communication skills in English and German (verbal, written, and visual).

• Strong experience in event management and customer engagement at the enterprise level.

• Proficiency with Salesforce , Tableau , and ideally Workfront .

• Experience in HR software or SaaS solutions is a strong plus.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, balancing strategy and execution.

• Passionate about AI in marketing and eager to explore innovative approaches to demand generation.

• Collaborative mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and strong project management skills.
