(Senior) Project Manager Insurance (m/f/d)
- You implement cross-country projects to reduce claims costs operationally, from planning to success tracking
- You analyze data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support business cases and ROI analyses
- You drive strategic insurance initiatives, RfP processes, and digital transformation projects proactively
- You prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- You coordinate international, cross-functional teams and align closely with Country Teams, Insurance, IT, Fleet Management, and Finance
- You organize workshops, meetings, and trainings, ensuring smooth communication across all project participants
- Qualification You hold a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Insurance, or a comparable field
- Experience You bring professional experience in project management, ideally with a focus on Insurance or Risk Management
- Achievements You have proven success in executing complex, international projects
- Industry Knowledge You possess strong knowledge of the insurance sector, ideally in fleet insurance
- Methodology You have solid project management skills, both agile and traditional
- Skills You work analytically, structured, and communicate confidently in English; German skills are a nice-to-have
