One Profit Engine.Your responsibilitiesYou build and customise Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions that carry our dealer and buyer processes end to endYou own Apex classes, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages across the Inventory team's scopeYou design and maintain the two-way integration between Salesforce and our core platform (REST APIs, Platform Events, event-driven flows)You decide where standard configuration is enough (Flows, metadata, permission sets) and where custom development earns its placeYou design data models and API integrations that keep transaction data consistent between Salesforce and our backend systemsYou take ownership of underused platform features and reduce technical debt in the existing codebaseYou secure reliability and performance through monitoring, release management and clean deployment practiceYou work in agile sprints and shape the architecture decisions behind themWhat you bring4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud in productionDeep command of Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSSStrong relational data modelling with SOQL and SQLSolid understanding of event-driven architecture and Salesforce integration patterns (REST APIs, Platform Events)Clear judgement on standard platform configuration versus custom developmentComfortable in release management and scrum frameworks, and able to carry a technical argument in a business conversationEnglish at C1 level, written and spokenAI-fluent working style.
