Receptionist / Front Office Agent Co-Living (m/f/d)

Aufgaben

85% of our residents stay with us for several months. Your goal is to make their stay as smooth, enjoyable and memorable as possible. Your role covers everything that happens within our community and at the front desk, including:

• Handling check-ins and check-outs and being the go-to person for all questions and requests from our community
• Taking ownership of our community events, from free to paid events, and organizing experiences that our residents love and want to tell their friends about
• Preparing the breakfast buffet and supporting our guests with coffee specialties and soft drinks
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and housekeeping tasks, ensuring our standards are met and managing tickets in our property management system
• Taking care of various administrative tasks such as invoicing

Qualifikation

• You have some professional experience in direct guest or customer contact, ideally in hospitality, front office or another service-oriented environment
• You enjoy getting things done, take initiative and love interacting with an international community
• You are confident working in a digital environment and pick up new tools and systems quickly
• You are able to organize and prioritize your tasks effectively and keep a cool head in challenging situations
• You are responsible, detail-oriented, highly reliable and a real team player
• You enjoy community, apps and social media
• You have good written and spoken German and English skills
