SAP Inhouse Consultant - S/4HANA Finance

Job Description

Efficient and integrated business processes are key to our global organization’s success. Our SAP team supports various departments in optimizing their workflows, with a strong focus on modern cloud technologies.

In June, Brainlab announced the spin-off of its former subsidiary, Snke. While both companies will operate independently, they will continue to collaborate closely. You will initially join the SAP team at Brainlab to support Snke during the transition, after which you will fully transition to Snke to continue your career. 

We are currently looking for an SAP Inhouse Consultant with a focus on Finance in SAP S/4HANA , who also brings knowledge of related areas such as Sales and Logistics to not only ensure continuity of our services but also help design and implement the SAP landscape for a new, independent organization. 

In this role, your tasks will be to...

• Analyze and continuously improve finance processes in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
• Advise business stakeholders on utilizing standard SAP Finance processes (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling)
• Evaluate and implement change requests
• Participate in SAP rollout and implementation projects – from requirements gathering to configuration and go-live
• Collaborate closely with SAP key users and business departments
• Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support
• Provide support for Finance and adjacent process areas (Sales, Logistics)
• Coordinate with SAP Cloud partners for integrations and extensions

Qualifications

• University degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field
• Solid hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
• Familiarity with SAP best practices and standard processes
• Basic knowledge of other modules such as Sales and Logistics is a plus
• Comfortable working in international, cross-functional teams
• Independent and structured working style with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English and ideally also in German
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
