What You'll Own:

End-to-End Cyber Risk Leadership

• You'll execute and enhance a group-wide risk management system, ensuring it evolves with the business. Your frameworks will form the foundation of their security posture across digital, cloud, and mobility platforms.
• From threat modelling to automation-led risk quantification, you’ll build insight-led reports that influence senior stakeholders and help shape long-term business planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with business and technology teams to embed risk awareness into every critical initiative – including M&A, new product launches, and platform scalability.

Strategic Reporting

• Develop clear, executive-level reporting to enable visibility into threat exposure, mitigations, and security ROI. You won’t just manage risks you’ll explain them in a way that moves action.

What You'll Bring:

• Deep Cyber Risk Expertise : You’ve built or managed enterprise risk management frameworks – and can back it up with strong experience in either security consulting, financial services, SaaS, or tech-heavy industries.
• Execution & Influence : You’re equally comfortable defining strategy and executing under pressure, with the ability to distil technical issues into business-relevant decisions.
• Resilience and Agility : You’ve thrived in matrixed or fast-scaling environments and bring energy, pragmatism, and clarity to every challenge.
