YOUR ROLE

As Team Leader in our Restaurant, you will support the Restaurant Management in leading the daily operations of our restaurant while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and the flawless delivery of luxury service standards. Acting as a role model for the service team, you will oversee floor operations, mentor associates, and create an environment where guests feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Through your leadership, hands-on approach, and passion for hospitality, you will drive operational excellence, team engagement, and memorable dining experiences.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and seamless execution during every shift.
• Create memorable guest experiences by anticipating needs, personalizing service, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
• Act as a role model for the team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and genuine hospitality.
• Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with Rosewood, Forbes, and LQA expectations.
• Support revenue and profitability goals through effective upselling, cost awareness, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee reservations, guest preferences, and special requests to ensure expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Conduct daily briefings, coordinate service preparations, and ensure the team is fully prepared for each service period.
• Train, coach, and develop associates while promoting continuous learning and professional growth.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• Completed vocational training in restaurant or hotel management, combined with professional experience in a similar position.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• A true host mentality with a confident, professional, and polished appearance.
• Strong guest-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• High sense of responsibility and a detail-oriented approach to work.
