That’s the power of plus. ## Job Description * Design, implement and continuously improve our Okta-based IAM solution * Optimize and maintain identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), ensuring consistent provisioning, updates and deprovisioning of user accounts and access rights across systems * Monitor and troubleshoot identity and access flows to identify and resolve issues across the IAM landscape * Build and optimize automations using Okta Workflows * Design and improve integrations between Okta and connected systems * Contribute to role mining activities and design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) concepts * Support and drive IAM-related projects of different sizes, from smaller improvements to larger initiatives * Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, IT, business teams) to translate business and regulatory requirements into IAM solutions ## Qualifications * 3+ years of professional experience focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering * Proven experience implementing and operating enterprise IAM solutions, with hands-on experience in Okta * Experience with identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), including provisioning, updates and deprovisioning across systems * Hands-on experience building and maintaining flows in Okta * Knowledge of authentication and authorization standards such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect * Good understanding of identity and access management concepts (e.g. SSO, RBAC, federation) * Experience with automation and scripting (e.g. PowerShell or similar), ideally in the context of IAM processes * Strong experience in documenting IAM processes, workflows and system architecture * Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID is a strong plus * Analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and independent working style * Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders ## Additional Information Headquartered in Munich, with offices across Madrid, Krakow, Wroclaw, London and Vienna, we collaborate because we genuinely love working together - so you’ll be at the heart of an incredible, multinational team.
