Your mission

As our Talent Acquisition Intern, you work at the heart of our People & Culture team and own the full hiring process from day one: find brilliant people, give them an exceptional hiring experience, and keep our recruiting engine running smoothly. We've more than doubled in size since the start of the year, and hiring is the single biggest lever on how fast we grow from here. The candidates you source and the process you build feed directly into revel8's growth: every great person you bring in is a person who helps us scale faster, and you'll see that impact play out in real time.

How your day-to-day will look like:

• Active Sourcing: You hunt for great talent on LinkedIn and beyond, write outreach that people actually reply to, and build pipelines for our open roles instead of waiting for applications to land.
• Candidate Experience: You are the reason candidates walk away impressed, keeping communication fast and warm, coordinate interview loops in Personio, and make sure no one is ever left in the dark.
• Screening & Selection: You review applications, run first screening calls, and help us spot the people who'll thrive here so hiring managers can focus their time where it counts.
• Recruiting Ops & Process: You keep our ATS clean, track pipeline data, and spot where a smarter process, template, or automation would save the team hours.
• Employer Branding, hands-on: You help tell revel8's story where the right talent hangs out, from job ads that don't sound like every other startup's to showing up at the events where we meet future revels.

Expect to be pulled into broader People & Culture projects on a regular basis, think onboarding, employer branding, or team events.

Is it you we are looking for?

You...

• Are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree (field is open, what matters is how you work). You prioritize done over perfect , don't wait for a manual to get started, and drive things to the finish line.
• Are a people person with sharp judgment : you read people well, communicate with warmth and clarity, and treat every candidate with care. You're comfortable picking up the phone and starting a conversation with a stranger.
• Are organized and reliable under a full pipeline : you juggle multiple roles and candidates without dropping the ball, and you actually enjoy bringing order to a fast-moving process.
• Are AI-native and tool-fluent : AI tools are part of your daily workflow to source smarter and write better, and you're always looking for ways to optimize and automate your workflows. You pick up new systems quickly.
• Are a fluent communicator in English (German is a plus), enabling seamless collaboration within our international team and with candidates across markets.

About us

revel8 is building the next generation of cybersecurity awareness for the age of GenAI. We help organizations protect themselves against modern social engineering attacks by turning their employees into an active line of defense.

It's been a fast ride so far: Founded in August 2024 by Tom and Julius , we moved to the Merantix Campus in Berlin and welcomed Robert as our CTO and co-founder shortly after. We landed our first enterprise customer in March 2025, raised our €5.1M seed round in September 2025, and moved the whole team back to Munich in February 2026. Today, we are around 40 revels working side by side in our new office every day.
