Content Creator - Storytelling (m/f/d)

As a Content Creator , you will play a key role in shaping how Westwing speaks to millions of design lovers across Europe. You will create and refine high-quality editorial content while working closely with copy editors and merchandisers to deliver engaging and commercially effective storytelling. Combining strong writing skills with a collaborative mindset, you ensure that copy and product presentation come together to create inspiring customer experiences. In your day-to-day work, you contribute to maintaining a consistent tone of voice and support the successful execution of key campaigns. This position is permanent and based in Munich .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Write high-quality, engaging, and on-brand editorial copy across newsletters, homepage, landing pages, and brand pages
• Connect storytelling with product assortments to create compelling and effective customer journeys
• Take responsibility for the execution of key campaigns (e.g. seasonal launches, Black Friday)
• Act as a go-to person for editorial topics within cross-functional collaborations (Sales, Brand Buying, Marketing)
• Ensure a consistent tone of voice across formats, channels, and markets
• Identify opportunities to improve content quality, workflows, and performance

YOU COME WITH

• 4+ years of experience in Copywriting, Content Creation, or Editorial roles, ideally in eCommerce or Lifestyle
• Strong writing skills with a clear sense of brand voice and storytelling
• The ability to balance creative quality with business and performance goals
• Confidence collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• A structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, with a keen eye for stylistic nuance and impeccable grammatical accuracy
