About the role

This role focuses on identifying and managing brand partnerships for content across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll work closely with advertisers from initial outreach to campaign launch, helping develop creative sponsorship concepts and ensuring successful execution. The position combines elements of sales, marketing, and account management in a fast-paced digital media environment.

You'll support a high-performing partnerships team, collaborate on campaigns for one of Germany’s largest educational content channels, and contribute to the promotion of impactful journalistic content and documentaries. The role offers flexibility, international exposure, and opportunities to work with both German and global brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify brands and products that could be suitable for potential partnerships on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok in German-speaking markets.

• Manage advertising partners from the initial inquiry through to the publication of the video.

• Develop creative concepts and execution ideas for various advertising campaigns.

• Support the Campaigns and Partnerships team in their day-to-day work.

Skills and experience 

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (especially short-form/vertical video content).

• Interest in diverse marketing campaigns across the channels of Germany's largest educational-content creator.

• Reliability and the ability to organize and manage your tasks independently.

• At least one year of relevant professional experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.

• Strong negotiation skills, comfort working with numbers, and enjoyment of performance-driven work.

• Fluency in both German and English.
