People & Culture Intern (f/m/x)

Your mission:

Become a part of the 4screen team!

As a People & Culture Intern at 4screen, you will play an active role in attracting, engaging, and supporting top talent throughout the recruitment process. You’ll screen candidates, manage application pipelines, and assist in creating a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience. Beyond recruiting, you’ll support initiatives that strengthen our company culture, organize team events, and take care of our office environment to ensure our office is a welcoming, collaborative space. You’ll also contribute to various projects, gaining valuable insights into a dynamic and innovative workplace.

How you contribute to our success:

• Driving end-to-end recruitment: You actively engage with top talent across multiple channels, manage the full candidate lifecycle from application to offer, and ensure a smooth, high-quality hiring experience.
• Enhancing employer branding: You support employer branding initiatives and help position us as an employer of choice.
• Supporting and shaping HR administration:You helpoptimizeinternal team and company-wide HR processes, contribute your ideas, and take on administrative tasks, such as onboarding or offboarding
• Promoting our company culture:You embody our culture, represent it externally, and help organize regular team events that strengthen cohesion and team spirit.
• Managing our office:You ensure our culture is reflected in the office and that the team feels comfortable. With your ideas, you help make the office a central hub for collaboration.

What makes you stand out:

• Completed or ongoing Master’s degree, ideally in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources / Organizational Studies
• Availability for a 6-month internship
• Excellent German and English skills (at least B2+)
• Previous internship or working student experience in HR or Recruiting (ideally in consulting, start-up, tech, or automotive industry) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Hands-On and Can-Do mindset
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and attention to detail
• A true team player with curiosity and eagerness to learn
