Intern in Business Transformation Economics at Allianz SE (m/f/d)

Aufgaben:

Steering Business Cases for transformation initiatives to secure funding and demonstrate value Supporting stakeholders along governance process (IT Cost allocation and transparency) Supporting ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting for senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams and Contributing to financial planning, forecasting, and actuals tracking for BT-related programs. Support the end-to-end business case process - from data gathering across Operating Entities and quality checks to consolidated figures - and maintain the program Briefings Dashboard Help steer the program Business Cases, ensuring sound financial assumptions, robust cost-benefit analyses, and alignment with governance requirements Prepare presentations and briefings for senior stakeholders, and deliver pragmatic, timely answers to ad-hoc analytical requests from the team and senior management Track agreed action items and drive their completion across team

Qualifikation:

Master student in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken); Excellent computer literacy, especially Claude/Chat GPT, Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint Experience or interest in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, VBA, or BI tools) is a plus Previous internship in financial services, consulting, or corporate finance is a plus
